At AitherCart, we work with delivery partners to ensure your orders are delivered safely and as quickly as possible. Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience from checkout to delivery.
🚚 1. Order Processing

AitherCart may offer free shipping, discounted delivery, or other shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable conditions will be communicated with the relevant offer.
📦 4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or tracking link through the contact details provided during checkout.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the courier collects your package.
If your tracking information does not update for an extended period, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

AitherCart cannot guarantee successful delivery when incorrect or incomplete address information is provided. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues where possible.
If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.
🔄 6. Failed Delivery & Return to Sender
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated absence, refusal to accept delivery, or other delivery-related circumstances, the courier may return the package to the sender.
If a customer requests another delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted and clearly communicated.
Any refund, cancellation, or reshipping request will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and consumer-protection laws.
📦 7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, we recommend taking the following steps:

Take clear photographs of the package and any visible damage.

Record a continuous 360° video of the package before opening it, where possible.

Record the unboxing process clearly, including the product and accessories.

Keep the original packaging and shipping label.

Contact AitherCart customer support as soon as possible.
Please retain all packaging materials until your complaint has been resolved.

🎥 8. Unboxing Video Verification
For certain damaged, missing-item, or incorrect-product claims, AitherCart may request a continuous unboxing video to help verify the condition of the shipment.
Where available, the video should show:

All sides of the package.

The shipping label and relevant order details.

Packaging seals and materials.

The complete opening process.

The product and included accessories.

Any visible damage or missing items.
This verification process helps us investigate delivery-related issues and protect both customers and AitherCart against fraudulent claims.
Important: The absence of an unboxing video will not automatically invalidate a genuine complaint or remove any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law. Other reasonable evidence may be considered when reviewing a claim.

Although we make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and provide available updates when delivery delays occur.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be eligible for cancellation, subject to the applicable order conditions.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible through the normal order process, and you may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
Any eligible refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the product, destination, courier service, and PIN code entered during checkout.
